So here is my first rough cut!!!! There are a few things I would like to say about it. So firstly, this is no where near the finished cut, I still have to add the titles at the beginning of the music video and the end, this is just mainly all the footage in order to the music; without any of the fancy editing. But that being said, I am very happy with it as a first attempt as it has the effect I wanted it to, it is fun and creative and fits the song really well. The footage is a bit over or under exposed in places, which I will go back to touch up in post production, and there are a few clips that need smoothing out with transitions and a bit more of a finer touch, but generally I think it looks good and definitely does what it is meant to, which is show off the song. I will also share my rough cut to get some feedback so I can improve it with more than just my opinion, to make sure it is the best it can be.

The final aspect of my A2 coursework is to evaluate the work that I have completed. To do this I printed off the marks scheme and specification to give myself more of a knowledge of exactly what I had to do. By downloading the mark scheme I can see precisely what I need to achieve, and also have a basis for evaluating my own work as I can see what the exam board wants and how my work compares to these guidelines. The specification allows me to get more of an idea of how to set out my evaluation and to start deciding on formats, allocating one to each question. It allows me to plan more thoroughly as well.
